Legacy BioDesign’s primary focus lies in the domain of biopharmaceutical formulation and assay development. While our primary focus is related to the formulation and stabilization of peptides and proteins for parenteral administration (including subcutaneous, intramuscular, intrathecal, intravitreal, intravenous, intraarticular), we have been fortunate to develop biopharmaceutical products for other routes of administration (peroral, nasal, pulmonary, transdermal, topical ophthalmics). We employ an iterative approach to formulation development in order to identify the most stable and best performing formulations using rational and defensible strategies, based on our years of experience and detailed knowledge of the scientific literature.
